66. Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy, Birmingham, Alabama
Samford University was chartered as Howard College in 1841. When it opened, the school had just 31 students. Today, Samford University is home to nearly 5,000 students, making it the largest privately supported university in the State of Alabama.
